The top looks from the first ever Men's New York Fashion Week.
Barret Wertz and Christina Simonetti 1 / 16
The first ever New York Fashion Week dedicated solely to menswear has come to an end, but we'll be seeing the styles that walked down the runways all over the place come spring. Our Style & Grooming Editor Barret Wertz observed each show, scouting out the cutting-edge trends from top designers—like Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, and Perry Ellis—who dominated the runway and presented the looks we need (and want) for Spring of 2016.
The designers made it clear that outerwear in styles and weights usually reserved for Fall/Winter collections will trump the typical spring trench coat, zippered embellishments are needed to nail the utilitarian look, and wearing monochromatichead-to-toe is the way to go for looking sharp.
