"To avoid a breakout, it is essential to wash your face after exercising. Sweat blocks pores like crazy, which leads to bad skin, which leads to a whole slew of social issues. I bring my face wash with me to the gym and after I've stopped sweating, I'll wash up. Then I use a toner to help wipe away any residual soap."
