Build toned muscle in a shorter time span by isolating your biceps with this simple EZ Drag Bar Curl exercise, part of the Target Workout in the February issue of Men's Fitness. Take a weighted bar bell in your hands and relax your arms down in front of you. In one controlled motion draw it up to your chest and slowly release back. Repeat. You’ll feel the burn, but target that muscle for three quality sets, three times a week and you’ll be beach-ready in no time.
