You don't need fancy equipment to build muscle strength—sculpt a better body right now with just a few pairs of these everyday weights.

One-Arm Bentover Row

Sets: 3 Reps: 15 (each side)

Hold a dumbbell in one hand and step forward with the opposite leg. Bend at the hips until your torso is approximately 45 degrees to the floor. Row the weight to your side.
