Exercise VII: Straight-Bar Cable Curl
Sets: 2 Reps: 10 Rest: 45 Seconds
Attach a straight bar to the low pulley of a cable station and hold it with an underhand grip, your elbows close to your sides . Curl the handle up without moving your upper arms , and then lower it back to the starting position. That's one rep.
