Incline Dumbbell Press

Sets: 3, Reps: 6-8, Rest: 45 seconds

Set an adjustable bench to a 30- to 45- degree incline. Grab two dumbbells and hold them at the sides of your chest while sitting on the bench. Press straight overhead.
