Step-by-step instructions

1. Kneel on one leg, keeping your back straight and supporting your upper body using your core. Grab a handle (set wide apart) with each hand, fully extending your arms overhead and slightly in front of you.
2. Row the handles straight down until your hands are just below your shoulders. Slowly return to the starting position. That's one rep.
