Step-by-step instructions

1. Grip a pullup bar or overhead bar and hang with feet suspended off of the ground. (You may also use a bar that is low enough to allow your feet to rest on the floor just in front of you) Relax your lats and shoulders so that you feel them stretch and lengthen. Hold for about 30 seconds.
