Step-by-step instructions

1. Sit on the ground in the top position of a situp with your feet raised just a few inches off the floor. Hold a pair of dumbbells in each hand, wrists facing each other.
2. Engage your core to hold the starting position as you extend your arms and press the dumbbells up to the ceiling.
