MMA fighters are conditioned and developed human machines that need to be equipped for any situation or circumstance that can pop up. Performing four days of bodybuilding splits could certainly get you big, but without a routine that includes a variety of training objectives and movements patterns, you're well behind the real fighters. We asked Naudi Aguilar, owner of Functional Patterns and trainer to several MMA athletes, for one of his MMA kettlebell circuit routines.
