Step-by-step instructions

1. Adjust the cables so that the pulleys are just above your head. Grab a cable with each hand and bring them in front of your body, slightly crossing one hand over the other. Slowly move your arms back and outward, keeping your arms relatively straight as you perform the movement. Take a short pause at the end of the motion before returning to the starting position. That's one rep.
