Step-by-step instructions

1. Start with a wide base, with your shoulders back and back straight. Grasp the cable with both hands and position it just above your inside knee.
2. Stand up and pull the cable across your body as you rise up. Twisting through your trunk, make sure you keep your arms locked and elbows slightly bent. Then squat back into the starting position.
