1. Place a Swiss ball roughly one foot in front of you. This exercise is easier if the ball is slightly deflated, and more difficult if it is filled. It's a good idea to do this exercise with a spotter in case you start to lose your balance.
2. As you would with a box jump, bend your knees slightly and then thrust upwards to jump onto the Swiss ball.
3. Land on top of the Swiss ball, making sure to engage your core to balance.
