Step-by-step instructions

1. Slip your feet into the TRX handles and get into a pushup position. (It often helps to have a partner help you get your feet into the handles.)
2. Keep back flat as you pull knees to chest, then return to the start position. That’s one rep. For an advanced version, do one leg at a time.
