1. Stand sideways to the anchor so that your body is in line with the TRX. Hold the bottom of the rip trainer with your left hand, palm down, and grip the upper-middle part of the bar with your right hand.
2. Twisting your body slightly, swing your right hand and right knee down toward your left knee, pivoting your upper body as you move. Repeat on the opposite side.
