Step-by-step instructions

1. Hold a light dumbbell in each hand and stand in an athletic stance. Keeping your arms straight but not locked, swing one dumbbell up to shoulder level.
2. As you let it swing back down, swing the other up. Get into a rhythm and keep your abs braced so your torso is motionless. Don't use your hips to help swing the dumbbells up.
