2. Have sex
Sex offers numerous benefits including optimal hormone production, better sleep, and reduction of numerous health risks. A little shaking between the sheets also boosts mood levels and confidence. Plus, there’s the whole pleasure component. Need we say more?
3. Eliminate electronics
While the tablets, televisions, and MP3 players might be part of your nighttime ritual, they’re likely ruining your sleeping schedule. The artificial light from these devices wreaks havoc on your body in the evening and can keep you up long past your intended bedtime. For the best possible sleep environment, keep the electronics in your bedroom to a minimum. That includes charging your phone elsewhere and eliminating the television from the room if you can handle it.
