Weekend One-Up: Skip and Slam Challenge

Increase endurance and muscular power with this four-round full body workout.

Each week our fitness expert, CrossFit competitor and owner of New York City’s Reebok CrossFit 5th Ave, Nate Forster, lays out a quick workout that measures your level of strength, speed, power, endurance, and/or skill. Think you can “one-up” our guy? Get ready to throw down, and let’s see what you’ve got…

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE:
Complete four rounds of 15 ball slams and 30 doubleunders as quickly as possible. 
*If you can't perform doubleunders, switch to 60 singles.

THE BENEFITS:

Coupling-up medicine ball slams and doubleunders create the ultimate cardiovascular workout while also improving power and core strength. This workout is ideal for athletes are expected to have a well-rounded balance between power and endurance.
