Adopt the training strategies of elite mountain athletes.
Warmup (4 rounds)

•1 min. on Easy Traverse Wall

•5 x Pushup

•10 x Situp

Training

Boulder for 50 minutes, completing a minimum of 8 problems. You can attempt as many boulder problems as you want, but you have to complete at least 8.

*Done at a climbing gym 2–3 times per week, with at least one day of rest in between.
