RULES

Novice: Bar at 95 lbs.
Weekend Warrior: Bar at 115 lbs.
Advance Athlete: Bar at 135 lbs.

> The athlete must perform as many reps as possible in 30 seconds. [Monitor your form, do not risk injury]

REST & RECOVERY RULE: You are allotted up to a 30 second recovery between each test. 


TEST ONE

Pushups / bodyweight
Perform as many push-ups in 30 seconds

TEST TWO

Front Squat / barbell
Perform as many front squats as possible in 30 seconds

TEST THREE

Pull Ups / bodyweight
Perform as many pullups as possible in 30 seconds

TEST FOUR

Dead Lifts / barbell
Perform as many deadlifts as possible in 30 seconds

TEST FIVE

Alternating Lunges / bodyweight
Perform as many alternating lunges as possible in 30 seconds

TEST SIX

Military Press / barbell
Perform as many military presses as possible in 30 seconds
