Weekend One-Up: Pull Up and Toe-To-Bar Combo

Pull ups and toes-to-bar. This week's One-Up is 60 total reps for time.

Each week, our fitness expert, CrossFit competitor and owner of Reebok CrossFit 5th Ave., Nathan Forster will lay out a quick and specific workout that focuses on a variety of areas: strength, speed, power, endurance and skill. Think you've got what it takes to 'One-Up' our guy? Get ready to throw-down and let's see what you got...

For this week, Forster's challenge includes two movements combined into one. Perform 1 complete pull up, return to the start position, then perform 1 complete toes-to-bar movement. The pull up and toe-to-bar counts as 1 rep. You must complete a total of 60 reps as fast as possible.
