Weekend One-Up: Double-Unders and Situps for Time
This week's One-Up is an endurance and speed challenge with a total of 300 repetitions completed for time.

For this week, Forster's challenge consists of double-unders and situps. For time, complete 50 double-unders followed by 50 situps, 40 double-unders, 40 situps, 30 double-unders, 30 situps, 20 double-unders, 20 situps and 10 double-unders and 10 situps.
This workout is more commonly referred to as, "Annie" within the CrossFit community.
