The Best Yoga Poses to Improve Balance, Level 2

This is a short (under 10 minutes) but complete yoga workout/warm up focusing on balance. (Just like Level 1, except harder). You’ll repeat a series of moves three times, each time a little faster than the last, to really challenge your balance and get you and your circulation going (which is why this makes a great warm up). Use a yoga mat if you have it, if not floor or carpet will do, and be ready to move.
