The Right Shoes
Workouts suck when you’re not comfortable. It’s worth the time and money to find a quality shoe store that can help you find the right fit for your feet and for your activity. From running to cross-training to lifting, you have to get the right shoes for the job. If possible, get two pairs so that one can air out while you wear the other—you’ll be able to better control the newfound smells your training will create!
