A cable pullover is a compound exercise that works back, chest, and triceps. The video above highlights form cues. 

- Shoulders back and chest up. 

- Hands shoulder-width apart. 

- Elbows slightly bent. Drive weight with elbows. 

- Control movement. 

- Pause at top.
