How To Do a Military Press

The standing military press is a compound exercise that targets your shoulders. It also works the triceps, and the core. The video above highlights form cues. 

- Brace core. 

- Position bar in front of neck. 

- Take a deep breath before starting every rep. 

- Press bar overhead. 

- Lock out arms and point knuckles up.
