Improv Workouts is a series of workouts specifically geared for people stuck in jam-packed gyms or are faced with limited equipment such as a single barbell, kettlebell, 45 lb plate or a jump rope. Each week will highlight a unique workout. 


This week's Improv Workout is for the athlete looking to get a full body conditioning workout with only a pull up bar and their bodyweight. 

THE WORKOUT >>

A1/ Burpees

superset with

A2/ Pull Ups

* Complete the superset for 5 rounds with no rest in between. [Each exercise to failure]

B1/ Air Squats

superset with 

B2/ Push Ups

* Complete the superset for 5 rounds with no rest in between. [Each exercise to failure]

C1/ Hanging Leg Lifts

superset with

C2/ Planks

* Complete the superset for 5 rounds with no rest in between. [Each exercise to failure]
