For this week, you're being challenged to a move that involves both strength, endurance and technical skill. Many athletes and CrossFitter's claim it to be one of the most challenges moves. Your challenge is, the muscle up.

> Complete as many muscle ups as possible in 3-minutes. If you cannot complete a muscle up, subtitute in dips.
