Weekend One-Up: Sit Up/Push Up Ladder

1.1. 2.2. 3.3. This week's One-Up is a race against the clock for 8 minutes. How many reps can you rack up?

Each week, our fitness expert, CrossFit competitor and owner of Reebok CrossFit 5th Ave., Nathan Forster will lay out a quick and specific workout that focuses on a variety of areas: strength, speed, power, endurance and skill. Think you've got what it takes to 'One-Up' our guy? Get ready to throw-down and let's see what you got...

For this week, Forster's challenge includes two movements: the sit up and the push up. Set a timer for 8 minutes. Complete 1 sit up followed by 1 push up, then complete 2 sit ups, followed by 2 push ups. Continue to work your way up the rep ladder until time is called.
