THE SPORTS CONDITIONING 7-MINUTE WORKOUT

Do each exercise for 30 seconds. Rest 5 seconds in between. Perform circuit three times.

Plank
Burpees
Lunge & Rotation
Spiderman Pushup
Bicycle Crunch
Side-to-Side Shuffle
