The 21-Day Shred has been our most popular training plan—two years in a row. We're now happy to announce that we've launched three additional programs push your body to the next level—and keep things interesting.

The new Shred Series includes:

The 21-Day Transition—a training program built around the concept of a taper. The body needs R&R after any hardcore training—the transition will pull back the intensity and demand on the body without completely taking you out of the gym. The 21-Day Transition is the perfect program to use in between the original shred or any of the other programs from the SHRED SERIES.

The 21-Day Bulk—this is your program to put more of an emphasis on gaining some size. In comparision to the original shred, we've increased the volume of work for more muscular stimulation, and increased rest periods to provide ample recovery, but pulled back a bit on the cardio and dietary requirements.

The 21-Day At-Home Shred—let the truth be told: you don't need to go to the gym to get jacked. The At-Home Shred is what you need when you hate crowds, have little to no time, or simply like working out in the "comfort" of your own home.

Additional upgrades to The 21-Day Shred include:

The Rules of The Shred—21 guidelines or snippets of advice you'll learn to love and appreciate.

The Boost—there's a difference between 3 sets of 10 and 3 sets of 10—it's all the intensity. The Boost shares two of the most important training techniques you'll ever use—Shred or no Shred.
