Adjustable Cable Machine
1. Adjust the height of the pulleys on each side so that they are both at a level height higher than your shoulders. With arms fully extended and parallel to the floor, feet shoulder width apart, use an underhand grip to grab each handle. This will be your starting position.
2. Slowly squeeze the handle until your biceps and forearms touch, then slowly bring your hands back to the starting position, making sure the rest of your body remains stationary throughout the exercise.
