Exercise How To: Medicine Ball Woodchop

Insider tips on how to perform this move from the Game Changer workout.

Hold the ball (use an eight to 12-pounder) with both hands and step forward with your left foot so your legs are staggered. Extend your arms to the outside of your right hip and then explosively swing them over your left shoulder. You'll have to decelerate the ball with your core.
