Step-by-step instructions

1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Twist so your left hip and knee drop to the floor and your right knee lowers in the same direction.
2. Pull your legs back to the start position, then twist so your right hip and knee drop to the floor and your left knee lowers in the same direction. Keep rotating back and forth.
