Warmup:

  • Squat Jump 3 x 5
  • Spiderman Lunge with Rotation 3 x 3 each side

1. Front Squat
3 sets:

  • 9 reps at 71% of max
  • 7 reps at 75% of max
  • 5+ reps at 79% of max

2. Sumo Deadlift
Japanese Drop Set format:
2 sets x (5,5,5,5)

3A. Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift
3 sets x 12 reps

3B. Dumbbell Reverse Lunge
3 sets x 8 reps on each side

4. Ball Leg Curls w/ Band
3 sets x 15 reps

5A. AB Wheel Rollout
3 sets x 10-20 reps

5B. Reactive Band Punch-Out
3 sets x 20 reps on each side
