Step-by-step instructions

1. Begin in Child's Pose. Rock your body forward as you come briefly into Table Top position (on hands and knees).
2. Continue to extend and lean forward until your body forms a straight line from head to knees. Your wrists should be directly underneath your shoulders. From here, reverse the motion, sitting back into Child's Pose.
