The By-The-Rack Bear Complex Fitness Challenge

You will complete four sets and increase the weight with each set. Perform all 5 movements in succession—take 2-minutes of rest between sets.

5 Hang Cleans
5 Reverse Front Rack Lunges (5 each side)
5 Push Press
10 Back Squat
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
