Step-by-step instructions

1. Hold an EZ-curl bar with hands at shoulder width and lie back on a BOSU ball, dome side up. Bridge your hips into the air so only your upper back is supported by the ball. Raise the bar over your face. From there, bend your elbows, allowing the bar to lower until it’s just above your forehead. Extend your elbows to lockout.
