WORKOUT INSTRUCTIONS

Complete 10 reps of each exercise in Station 1. Repeat, but complete nine reps, then eight reps, and finally seven reps. Rest two minutes. Follow the same protocol for stations two and three. Use an amount of weight that allows for 10 reps throughout the workout.
