Weekend One-Up: Hang Clean Challenge

This week’s challenge:
Complete 30 hang cleans with 115 pounds as quickly as possible.
The hang clean is a full-body exercise that improves power output of the hips, legs, and shoulders. Learning how to properly execute the hang clean will build a foundation for more advanced movements such as: the power clean and the snatch.
Athletes participating in sports that demand “explosivity” such as basketball and football will see improvements in their jumping and sprinting abilities.
