Feeling isolated, bored with the gym, or just unmotivated to exercise? Then get with the crowd.

Specifically, the “flash mob fitness” crowd—gangs of as many as 100-plus athletes of every level, from pro jocks to newbies, who go on free early-morning city runs and do stimulating drills like bear crawls and burpees in the park. And all you need to do is show up and join in.
