DIRECTIONS: Perform all 10 moves for 60 seconds each resting 15 seconds inbetween moves. Rest 2 minutes and repeat twice for a total of 3 circuits.

1a. Squat Jump, 3x10

1b. Hindu Pushup, 3x10

1c. Alternating Side Lunge w/ Bicep Curl, 3x10

1d. Inchworm, 3x10

1e. Lunge Jump, 3x10

1f. Dip, 3x10

1g. Jumping Jack, 3x10

1h. Burpee, 3x10

1i. Bicycle Crunch, 3x10

1j. Superman, 3x10
