Rest 45-60 sec. between each set
Rest 1-2 min. between each superset

SUPERSET 1

Incline Dumbbell Chest Press: 4 sets x 14 reps
Incline Dumbbell Bicep Curl: 4 sets x 14 reps

SUPERSET 2

Dumbbell Row: 4 sets x 14 reps
Triceps Kickback: 4 sets x 14 reps

SUPERSET 3

Dumbbell Squat & Press: 4 sets x14 reps
Kettlebell Swing: 4 sets  x 14 reps  (can substitute a dumbbell if no kettlebells are available)
