The Holiday Gut Checks: The Anti-Lazy Slob Workout

If there's anytime there's going to be a cheat in the diet, it's going to be around the holiday--especially Thanksgiving. But once it's over, the guilt creeps in hard. This redemption workout will do the trick. 


Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with minimal rests between
Rest 45 Seconds.  Repeat 3x

Side Hops
2 Arm Alternating Dumbbell Row
DB Deadlifts
DB Jump Squats
Push Ups with DBs
Leap Frogs
Band Shoulder Press
