It's a known fact that complex, compound full body movements are the optimal way to go for burning off fat and ramping up your body's level of conditioning, but what if you've only got a single pair of dumbbells? We asked Andy McDermott, a featured athlete in Muscle & Fitness magazine and owner of Iron Cross Fitness for three of his favorite full body movements using only two dumbbells.
