MF: In terms of your own body, what do you rely on to stay in shape?
NR: I’m incredibly active because it makes me really happy. I’m really outdoorsy. I water ski, I hike, I take my dogs out. In terms of eating, I am a vegetarian, and I have been for about a year and a half. I haven’t really been vocal about it because I’ve been seeing how it works for me, and I’m finding it to be a really great thing. I do a lot of reading about food and the food industry, so I try to eat locally and go to the farmer’s market.
