#10 Izabel Goulart
Izabel is the first of four Brazilian bombshells to crack this list. She initially gained mainstream recognition when she began modeling for Victoria’s Secret in the middle part of the last decade. Since then, Izabel has appeared on HBO’s Entourage, as well as in a brief cameo role as Charlie Harper’s date in Two and a Half Men. With Izabel on his arm, Charlie Sheen’s character was certainly winning like never before – or since.
