Mental Toughness Workout

Directions: Perform the exercises as a circuit, completing one set of each exercise (A through E) one after the other. Between sets, rest 60–90 seconds. Complete three to four circuits. The workout trains the entire body for mus- cle growth and endurance with exer- cises that require great concentration. Get through this one and your regular routine will be a cakewalk.
