Afterburn Training - Workout C: 5-step circuit

Step 5 - Tornado Chop
Repetitions: 30; Tempo: XXX
» Grab a medicine ball and sit on the floor with your knees slightly bent and your torso about 45 degrees from horizontal. Hold the ball straight out from your chest with your arms slightly bent.
» Without changing the angle of your arms, rotate your upper body from side to side as fast as you can, nearly touching the medicine ball to the floor each time.

» Each time you twist to one side is a rep.
