DIRECTIONS FREQUENCY: Perform either the Dumbbell Workout or Barbell Workout, depending on what equipment you have available. You can perform up to four workouts per week, resting a day between each session. HOW TO DO IT: Perform each workout as a circuit, completing 10–12 reps of each exercise, one after the other, without resting between sets. After you've completed the last exercise in the workout, rest up to two minutes and then repeat the circuit. Continue doing circuits in this fashion for 20 minutes. WEIGHT: Use the same weight for each exercise, but vary the speed at which you perform your reps so that you can only complete 10–12 reps per exercise. |
